Lorenzo Tolleri is the Business Development Senior Director at Dynavax Technologies, where he deals with negotiation, execution, and alliance management of a broad range of transactions (both R&D and commercial).
Before joining Dynavax Lorenzo was Director Business Development at GSK, where he was previously Patent Associate in the Intellectual Property Department working on various aspects of patent filing and prosecution.
Lorenzo joined Chiron Vaccines (later acquired by Novartis and now GSK) in 2002 as a post-doc at the Siena Research Center and holds a PhD in Molecular Genetics from the University of Pavia and an Executive MBA from Maastricht University.
Before joining the industry, he was research fellow at the College of Medicine of the University of California, Irvine.
